All orders to the US are shipped for free.

Parcels will be handed over to the carrier within 24 hours.

Orders will be delivered within 4-6 business days.

Yes, as soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code, so that you can track the shipment of your new pair of MR MARVIS.

When we ship your order you'll receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail which includes a Track & Trace number. This can be used to track delivery of your item(s).

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product(s), you can return or exchange them within 100 days. In the US, we offer free returns/exchanges.

It’s simple to return or exchange your products. All exchanges/returns start by submitting them online first. Just start by entering your order number on the exchanges & returns page and the rest of the instructions will follow.

As soon as we receive your package, we'll send you a confirmation email. Unless you requested an exchange, we'll refund the money on the account used when placing the order within 14 days of receiving your request.

You can check the status of your order by logging into your MR MARVIS account on our website. Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive an email containing a Track & Trace number, through which you can track when your order will arrive.

Once your order is placed, we will immediately start with fulfilling it in order to provide you with the fastest delivery time possible. Therefore, your order cannot be changed once it is placed.

MR MARVIS accepts PayPal, and a range of credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Within 14 days after we received the returned item(s), we will transfer the payment corresponding to the returned item(s) back to you.

MR MARVIS shorts, trousers & limited edition tops are exclusively available via our online stores and in our retail stores located in Amsterdam, The Hague, Laren, Maastricht, Antwerp, Munich. Get inspired, try on different styles and receive personal advice from our style advisors.

The Originals are made of a high-quality, Oeko-Tex certified, cotton twill with an unmatched soft finish. We added 1% elastane which makes The Originals extremely comfortable to wear.

The Piqués are made of high-quality 100% organic cotton.

The Swims are made of high-quality quick-drying polyester (prints) or polyamide (uni colours) twill with a soft feel.

The Seersucker Swims are made of a high-quality 4-way stretch fabric, consisting of recycled polyamide (36%), organic cotton (31%), polyester (27%) and elastane (6%). The combination of quick dry and stretch is simply unique.

MR MARVIS is proud to be involved in all steps of the production process. The design of our products is made in Amsterdam and was tried and tested extensively before taken into production. All of our products are crafted by hand in Portugal in an artisan workshop close to Porto, with an emphasis on high quality materials.

MR MARVIS products should be machine washed cold. Please don't tumble-dry.

The colour of MR MARVIS textiles is designed to fade over time; this gives your pair a unique look.

MR MARVIS’ shorts start at $89. All of our shorts are handmade in Portugal, solely using the the finest quality materials. This way, we can guarantee a premium product that will last for years.

Yes, our gift cards can be purchased both online [link] and in stores [link]. Gift cards purchased online come in the form of a digital voucher code and only work on the website on which were purchased (e.g. purchased on mrmarvis.com/us only works on mrmarvis.com/us).

You can redeem your digital gift card by entering the code on your gift card email in the designated "Gift card or promotion code" field at checkout.

No, MR MARVIS gift cards do not have an expiry date.

We cannot refund a gift card itself, not even partially. Nor can a gift card be exchanged. If an item purchased with a gift card is returned, the refunded amount will be returned to the gift card balance.

You can try out our product(s) as far as necessary to make a purchase, like you would do in an actual shop. Returns because of the wrong fit or color need to be submitted in our customized return app within 100 days after receiving the products. The returned products need to be in new condition with tags attached.

MR MARVIS believes in the quality of its products, they’re made to last long. If your MR MARVIS product needs to get some extra attention after a while we gladly help you out. For damaged products (excluding decolorations and pilling) MR MARVIS offers a repair service to get your product(s) back in the shape they intend to be.

Repairing is always better than not using your MR MARVIS product anymore. Therefore, MR MARVIS offers repair services for its customers. Based on the issue and the age of the product we want to find an appropriate solution.

Once delivered to our HQ, we do our best to process repair items within 5 business days and shipped back to you right after being repaired.

We're very attentive when it comes to our suppliers and production partners. All our garment makers are situated in Portugal and most of them have been with us for many years.

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is a renowned certification for organically produced fibres. Next to the environmental aspect of textile production, it also takes social criteria such as fair and safe working conditions into account.

Since the foundation of MR MARVIS, we've created slow fashion; durable, timeless garments that are made to last for a long time. The concept of slow fashion prioritises quality over quantity and encourages customers to purchase well-made, more sustainable clothing that is designed for circularity. As a clothing brand, we hold ourselves accountable for the impact we have. We're dedicated to doing better every day; creating value for everyone interacting with our company, and reducing our environmental footprint to a minimum.

We want to make people feel marvellous. First, through the creation of our shorts and trousers. But in some cases, it takes more than a perfect garment to make someone feel marvellous. That’s why we support various charitable organisations. In addition to financial support, we also donate our time and expertise to communities. Each year, we set a target amount of hours to be spent on voluntary work by our team. This target is based on (but not limited to) 4 hours per full-time employee.

We highly appreciate the diverse and international character of our team and value the different perspectives our colleagues bring to the table. Therefore, creating and nurturing a diverse, equal and inclusive working environment is super important to us. We have an annual diversity, equity and inclusion training for the entire team and invited an external consultant to look at the language we use on our website. But we are always looking for ways to further improve and learn in this area.

All our garments are made in Portugal. The finished products are wrapped in a recycled plastic bag – to protect the garment during transport and other handling – and transported per truck to our distribution centre in Nieuwegein (The Netherlands). We never use air transport for shipping. At the distribution centre, the plastic is removed and recycled. The product is shipped to the customer in a recycled carton box, without plastic or virgin packing material. We review our shipping box every time we create a new style, to optimise the sizing in order to ensure we don't use unnecessary space.

We hope our customers take great care of their MR MARVIS items. By following the care instructions, you'll enjoy our products for a very long time. You'll also receive an email with specific care instructions after you've made your purchase.

We've set the ambitious target to reach net zero emissions in scope 1, 2 and 3 by 2030. This means that we'll calculate and keep track of all our emissions, try to reduce them to a minimum and compensate for the last bit of inevitable emissions through regreening projects. Important to note is that reduction comes first and compensation comes second. Our primary focus lies in reducing our emissions to a minimum before we compensate for the remaining emissions.
